Eligibility

Age / Grade Groups

Surf Dawgs is open to participants of all ability levels, in grades 2-8. The Surf Dawgs divide participants into grade levels which adhere to the OCLA league divisions:

• Grades 2-4
• Grades 5-6
• Grades 7-8

Young Ladies

Within the structure of the OCLA, girls in grades 2-6 who wish to participate will compete in league play with the boys and are required to wear the necessary protective equipment.

Girls who wish to participate in 7-8 grade girls' lacrosse, participate in a girls' lacrosse division within the OCLA and should contact the Newport Harbor or CDM girls' lacrosse programs directly.
